3D animation is a visual representation built from three-dimensional objects in a digital space, then animated to create the illusion of life. Its production process involves several important stages, such as modeling to shape characters or objects, rigging to provide a movement framework, texturing to add surface details, lighting to make it appear realistic, and rendering to produce the final output.
The final result can take the form of animated films, advertisements, video games, simulations, or interactive visual content. With 3D animation, objects that were once just static models can move, interact with their environment, and convey stories in a more immersive and expressive way.

Rigging allows a 3D character to be moved as if it has a skeleton, while rendering transforms all the details into a final, lifelike, and realistic appearance.
